Vice Chancellor of Academic Personnel Carole Goldberg will be honored at Hillel at UCLA's Annual Gala 2013 Wednesday, April 24, at the Sephardic Temple Tifereth Israel.
Goldberg has been actively involved in Hillel since her earliest days as a UCLA faculty member at the School of Law. She has served as president of the Board of Directors of both the Los Angeles Hillel Council and Hillel at UCLA. She received an Exemplar of Excellence Award from the Hillel International Center in 1999.
"Vice Chancellor Carole Goldberg is the epitome of Jewish leadership on the UCLA campus and throughout our greater community," said Hillel at UCLA leaders. "She is a strong and loyal advocate, and we are proud to celebrate her accomplishments at this year's Annual Gala."
