Dr. Lisa Rubenstein, professor of medicine and public health at VA Greater Los Angeles and UCLA, has been inducted into the Fielding School of Public Health's Alumni Hall of Fame, an honor awarded to those who show true passion for what they do. She is a senior natural scientist at RAND. She directs the VA Center for Implementation Practice and Research Support and is a practicing internist and geriatrician.
Dr. Rubenstein is a former Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar and has directed postdoctoral fellowships in geriatrics, health services research and women's health. She currently directs the MD/RN VA/UCLA Quality Scholars program.
