Linda Rosenstock, dean emeritus and professor of health policy and management at the Fielding School of Public Health, was awarded the Institute of Medicine’s David Rall Medal, given to members of the Institute of Medicine who have demonstrated particularly distinguished leadership. She served as chair of the Committee on Preventive Services for Women.
The committee’s recommendations, combined with the Affordable Care Act, provide women with historic access to preventive health services. To read more, see this.
