UCLA’s award-winning Mariachi de UCLAtln will perform a free concert on Thursday, Nov. 7 at the Fowler Museum. The performance will include music from diverse Mexican communities and will highlight the special musical traditions of Da de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead). The show comes in conjunction with Fowler at Fifty exhibitions "New World Wunderkammer: A Project by Amalia Mesa-Bains" and "Chupcuaro: The Natalie Wood Gift of Ancient Mexican Ceramics."Atole and pan de muertos, a traditional Mexican food and beverage, will be served.
