On Meditation Monday, Jan. 27, 12-1 p.m. join a guided meditation at the Pauley Pavilion Club, or movement meditation with Tai Chi at UNEX Room 714. On Take Small Steps Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the Pauley Pavilion Club hear from psychologist Dr. Robert Maurer, author of "One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way" and receive a stress less bear.
