Should we just adapt to climate change?

Regardless of whether or not we try to mitigate the effects of climate change over the next decade, we’re still going to experience a significant rise in temperature by the middle of the 21st century, said panelist Alex Hall, an associate professor of atmosphere and ocean sciences at UCLA. So, asked moderator Jon Christensen, a historian and adjunct assistant professor at UCLA’s Institute of the Environment and Sustainability, do we “have no choice” but to adapt?
